BIKE PARASITE
product to make bikers grasp attention at night

The goal of this project was to create a fixture for a bike for an off the shelf product given to me without making any changes to the product. I was given a remote controlled LED light.
I tried to understand where I could fix the light on the bike. I decided to fix it on the pedals of the bike as I haven’t seen many examples of lights fixed on pedals and also I was curious to see how it would look.
Initial Explorations
I explored ways in which this particular light can be held.
And then made prototypes for the ways I thought are best to held the light.
Refinements
Since this is a battery powered light, I had to make a fixture where its is easy to replace the batteries without having to undergo the task to removing the whole fixture.
